We are looking for experienced HR manager to handle HR tasks of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Posting jobs and hiring new employees.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  • Conduct interviews.
  • Scheduling and managing events, programs, and other co-curricular activities.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Qualification- MBA/ PGDM
  • Only female candidates required.
  • Experience- at least 3 years of experience.
  • Understanding of legal compliance
  • Understanding of payroll function
  • Active communicator
  • Good social media presence
  • A quick learn and should be able to act pro-actively as per situation demands

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
