Job content

• Candidate must be from FMCG Hiring Background.
• Coordinate with reporting manager to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Familiar with social media networks, resumes database and professional hiring/ recruitment platforms also able to source potential candidates through using these channels.
• Maintain database of past applicants and potential candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions as per each position’s requirements
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by each department
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
