We are having an urgent opening for the position of "HR Executive” for our firm.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter and all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, training, talent management etc.)
• Minimum 6 months of working experience in IT / Web Development Company Hiring is must.
• Candidates with good understanding of the IT industry, will be preferred
• Candidates with Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in MS excel.

Requirements:

• Exceptional time-management, organizational skills and Sound judgment abilities
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in sourcing from job portals / social media/ training institutions/ databases & other cost-effective sources

• Should be an enthusiastic team player and have ability to take initiatives & have good negotiation skills
• Can work autonomously
• Able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Monitor and apply HR best practices.
