Hiring Sales Manager For leading E-market place For Agri products

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales strategy in the respected geography
  • Train and develop a high-performing team
  • Identify and onboard all potential vendors, Traders, Institutional buyers, Wholesalers, Retailers
  • Ensure the trade efficiency and smooth transaction
  • Keenly explore customer segments for new products
  • Improve the productivity of the team by identifying and filling the training gaps
  • Champion the customers within the organization, Influence stakeholders to deliver real value to customer
  • Conduct review meeting regularly with the team, motivate the team on achievements
  • Ensure the Daily, weekly, monthly and Quarterly targets are met

Pre-requisite Skill Sets

  • 3 to 5 years of strong sales experience from FMCG/ Agri inputs
  • Solid understanding of a sales fundamentals
  • Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel in his geography extensively
  • Must have managed at least 5 direct reportees - field sales team
  • Good communication & presentations skills, ability to motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Proven skills in Sales Planning and achieving profitability in the business
  • Language English and local languages of the region assigned
