Head - Research & Development - PVC Solvent Cement

One of the leading Indian brand having annual turnover of INR 7000+ carores is looking for a R&D head for their range of products specifically polymer based construction chemicals, which includes PVC/CPVC/UPVC Solvent cement.

The person should be responsible for Product development, New product development, QA/QC, product testing and application, Pilot scale up, field trial and managing projects.

- Responsible to establish consumer products brand and renovate same product as per customer requirements.

- Develop new products based on customer insights and successfully launche in PAN India.

- Responsible to reduce material cost of current product, which improve a significant profit margin.

- To develop new alternate raw material vendors against existing material vendor to reduce supply risk.

- To work collaboratively with operation team for improving current manufacturing process.

- Responsible for DFMEA, PFMEA, PDAIF and Project Network documents preparation of any new projects.

- Responsible for to maintain Lab Safety, 5S Implementation and Waste Reduction of respective assigned working area.

- He should be having excellent experience and expertise in developing the polymer based adhesives specifically PVC/UPVC/CPVC Solvent cement.
