Designation- Service Boy

Highly motivated, he should provide a warm, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our founders, guests/clients ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and maintained at all times in line with our guest expectations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties for team members, and for HNI/UNI clients as required

· Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

· Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

· Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.

· Make required adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel.

· Ensure each course is cleared and tables are properly crumbed.

· Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor.

· Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests.

· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.

Key Requirements for the Role:

· Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment (preferably in a high end restaurant within the hotel, leisure or hospitality industry would be a distinct advantage)

· Basic communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
