Job Description

Commercial on- and offboarding (each considering required Corporate Finance approvals and support)
Collection of required KYC/KYB documentation for contract closure with required external partners (PSPs, banks, alternative payment method providers, etc.) as well as newly signed GBs
Set up of commercial agreements between Global Business Services as the Payment Gateway operator and business units (GBs) regarding the provision of payment gateway services
Facilitation of commercial agreements between external partners and GBs
Termination of contracts with external partners (PSPs, etc.) or with GBs (offboarding)
Coordination of the onboarding process, including technical onboarding and steering the activities of solution engineer
Commercial support and consulting (each considering required Corporate Finance approvals and support)
Provision of initial product trainings for newly onboarded GBs
Support in commercial questions within operationally live phase, e. g. in case of extension/reduction of Payment Gateway services for concrete GBs (payment methods, etc.) and coordinating related activities with other stakeholders
Communication of technical adjustments, releases etc. to GBs
Demand management
Analysis of payment methods (e.g., channels, countries, payment methods, clients, volumes, risks) depending on demands of GBs for new business models

Qualifications

Degree in economics, business administration or related discipline, ideally with specialization in sales
At least three years of professional experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer success management
Experience in online payments preferred
Outstanding skills in managing multi-tiered customer and service provider relationships
Strong affinity for IT solutions
Experience with business processes and projects, advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, with ability to discuss technical topics
