The Global Market Operations Specialist will be a key player in the lead of all divisional Market Operations processes. He/She will strictly cooperate with the Divisional Process Governance Managers to ensure a lean execution with Business Units and Geographies and the continuous improvement of the processes based on the stakeholder’s feedbacks. He/She will provide expertise and guidance on market operations with a deep understanding of our business and multiple external factors.
Your responsibilities
- Drives the execution of key market operations processes across all geographies and business units (e.g. Market Insights and Market Outlook (MIMO), Global Target Settings, etc.).
- Ensure full implementation of the World-Class Front End (WCFE) initiatives in alignment with the defined processes and guidelines.
- Supports key stakeholders during the entire process and ensures data completeness and quality within the timeframe defined.
- Collects data and provides sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to global markets and trends. Analyze trends and underlying issues/opportunities in the business.
- Identifies learnings and paths from analysis to provide recommendations cross-functionally with Sales, Products development, Marketing, to ensure we are ahead of targets.
- Collaborates with Business Units and other Functions to ensure full alignment, communications excellence and consistency across all market operations processes.
- Carries out process improvements based on a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. Facilitates 360 degree communication, actively seeking feedback from stakeholders and implementing improvements based on stakeholder feedback for all activities.
- Assists in the development of business analysis tools to support global, regional and local marketing and sales teams. Collect the business requirements and consult/provide the best solutions in terms of tools to address the requirements.
- Supports Sales teams in best use of sales tracking system and monitors ongoing data quality.
- Develops appropriate communications for the key audiences and communicates outputs effectively to the key stakeholders.
- Supports the creation of presentation for Management meetings, ensuring distribution in required timescales ahead of the meeting, reviews and builds analysis in line with the standard templates.
- Address manager requests in case other requirements need to be covered, for example active support to collect business requirements during the conceptualization of new initiatives.

Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the relevant field.
- 5 or more years of experience in Marketing and Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Process Improvements processes and/or Project Management.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally.
- Strong skills in Excel / Power Point / Sharepoint/ Sales BI / Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge on HAPG tools such as Salesforce.com, Stratos, Apttus, and Abacus are of advantage.
- Strong English language skills, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently under own initiative, but also be an effective team member.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage the deployment of multiples activities under time pressure.
- Passion to understand new things and solve problems in unconventional ways.
- Strong attention to details and understanding of the business.
- Intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness and ability to network and collaborate across businesses and geographies.
