• To welcome and greet customers courteously and with smile.
• To serve customers as per the decided priority (appointed, walk-in,complaint customer)
• To address customers queries.
• To arrange refreshments and other amenities to make customers comfortable.
• To ensure allocation of service advisor to customer within the stipulated time.
• Guide customer to the service advisor’s desk.
• Daily, weekly, monthly report.
• Preparing and maintaining daily reports related to entry and exit of vehicles turned up in workshop.
• Keep record of pick up and drop allocation.
• Ensure customer lounge area is neat and in proper condition.
• Ensure daily collection of customer feedback forms.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
