Roles and Responsibilities :

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
• Approve or reject budgets
• Conduct risk management
• Evaluate and decide on investments
• Supervise a team of Accountants
• Allocate resources and manage cash flows
• Conduct profit and cost analyses
• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
• Consult board members about funding options
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: CA

immediate joiners will be preferred.

5 to 10 years experience in a mfg. concern in Finance/ Commercial/ Compliance/ Regulatory functions; Commercial/Compliance experience mandatory; Good written and verbal communication; mastery in Tally;.

the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

2.Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company

3.Research and analyses financial reports and market trends.
Reporting to Managing Director. Funds raising.

Candidate will work on enhancing company’s finance, business and processes.

We are looking for a mature candidate who can handle a team of 5-6 people Maturely liaisons with banks and govt departments Is very detail oriented and thorough with law and changes that keep happening in the taxations.
