Roles and Responsibilities


Candidate will be responsible for all tasks related toCommercial functions of the manufacturing unit including Statutory Compliance, Liasioning, Logistics, Stores, Accounts, HR & Administration.

Commercial knowledge will be given prime importance.

  • Responsible for accounting control and monitoring systems for the plant.
  • Budgeting and budgetary controls
  • Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t accounting principles and guidelines.
  • Identification, monitoring and control of commercial related issues for the plant.
  • Supply chain management at the plant from inventory control to finished goods dispatches as per requirement.
  • Responsible for the procurement of decentralized items.
  • Price discovery and monitoring of KPIs for the procurement of decentralized items.
  • Inventory management for Raw material, Packaging material, FG, Engineering stores, Consumables for the plant .
  • Compliance management- GST, Income tax etc.
  • MIS and variance analysis of financial KPIs
  • Ensuring documents in support of inward and outward movement of all input material and finished goods in the factory are properly accounted in software.
  • Ensuring physical stock of all RM , Pkg Material and finished goods are counted at the end of each month and on any date as specified by management.
  • Ensuring expense incurred at factories (both cash and credit) are validated with reference to need validation and work validation documents.

  • Responsible for month end closing activity and reporting
  • As a core member of the plant will be part of important decision making on the plant functioning

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15 Years of relevant experience.
  • Graduation in Commerce
  • Good Command over MS Office
  • Exposure to ERP
  • Excellence in formulating budgets and implementing systems/ procedures, conducting analysis and preparing key reports to exercise financial control & enhance overall efficiency of the organisation.
  • Effective communicator with excellent negotiation skills, leadership qualities and analytical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
    Ability to manage and engage cross functional teams
    Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    Commercially decision making abilities
  • Education: Graduate
