Roles and Responsibilities

a) Shall have excellent communication skills in English and Marathi.

b) Shall be well versed with computer, Microsoft office and internet.

c) Excellent typing skills with the ability to draft own correspondence and proficient in preparing PPTs.

d) Shall have good co-ordination and interpersonal skills.

e) Managing e-mail / postal / telephonic correspondence.

f) Record keeping, documentation and timely filing of important documents.

g) Conserves executives time by reading, researching, and routine correspondence; drafting letters and documents; and initiating communications.

h) Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

i) Draft BMC letters and city survey office letters etc.

j) Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.


Knowledge


Good knowledge of database systems and processes

Clear understanding of confidentiality


Peferrence

We are looking for a male candidate having hands on experience in the secretarial profile.


Qualification & Training


Educated to degree level standard or equivalent.
