We are looking for an enthusiastic Admissions Counsellors (Telesales) to generate sales in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to subscribe to our live learning courses. You must be friendly and persuasive. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Even teachers with counselling experience can apply.

Job Responsibilities :

- Regularly follow up with leads through Tele-calling/emails/chat
- Align students for demo classes and course counselling
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students & parents and convert them to clients.
- Achieving sales targets as per timelines set
- Ensure that sales reports are completed on time and accurately meet targets
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Skills/Abilities :

1. Any graduate/post-graduate/diploma
2. 1 - 3 years of experience within B2C sales / admissions counsellor / telesales/ tele-calling role in the Education industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
4. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

Tech requisites:
-Comfortable with technology and digital content (google forms, sheets, ppt, zoom, WhatsApp web)
-Good Laptop/Desktop, High speed Internet, phone (Mandatory)

Working days: 6 days (Tuesday - Sunday)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
