ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieving the sales targets of self by sourcing, servicing, and login the home loan business
  • Acquisition of new clients for Affordable Housing Loans
  • Building a builder network for easy movement of files by getting the APS cleared
  • Responsible for mapping of area / geography at regular intervals with the help of supervisor
  • Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format
  • Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a Channel Partner
  • Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers
  • Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and information
  • Provide market insights to Area Sales Manager in terms of new products, schemes, payouts structures and marketing strategies being offered and run by competition

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Understanding of the Affordable Home Loans lending space
  • Analytical & Quantitative Skills - Has the ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data to help assess risk and make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations
  • Complete understanding and hands-on experience of executing lending related documentation such as loan agreement, security documents, KYC etc
  • Relationships with major developers & DSAs
  • In-depth understanding & knowledge of customer preferences and real estate market
  • Relates well with clients at appropriate levels and establishes good working relationships where appropriate
