Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive at ROROTEL

Position Overview:

ROROTEL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of telecommunication services including PBX and VOIP solutions, ROROTEL is dedicated to enhancing communication experiences for businesses. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving our digital presence, expanding brand awareness, and executing effective marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with ROROTEL’S business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, establish key messaging, and outline campaign goals.

Strategize and plan for a 2-3 year marketing plan, ensuring long-term growth and brand positioning.

2. Marketing Automation:

Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.

Create and manage automated email marketing campaigns for different customer segments.

3. Google Ads Management:

Plan, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to drive relevant traffic and maximize conversions.

Continuously optimize campaigns through keyword research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

4. Social Media Management:

Manage ROROTEL’s social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with followers to strengthen brand engagement.

Develop and execute social media campaigns that increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.

Create content editorial calendars for content and social media publishing for at least 3-6 months in advance.

5. Analytics and Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.

Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and use insights to refine strategies.

Have hands-on experience in Data Studio and Google Tag Manager to generate insightful reports and track user behavior.

6. Content Strategy:

Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Act as Editor in Chief for all content marketing efforts, maintaining quality and consistency in messaging.

7. SEO and SEM:

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

Manage paid search campaigns to enhance search engine marketing efforts.

8. Customer Loyalty and Referral Programs:

Design and run campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Develop and execute referral programs targeting existing customer audiences, driving word-of-mouth and customer advocacy.

9. Budgeting and Financial Management:

Develop, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.

Monitor expenses, track ROI, and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

MBA degree in Marketing is preferred.


2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Expertise in social media management and advertising across various platforms.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Data Studio) to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and SEM techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
