Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sharp business acumen.
  • Accountability for day to day performance of the L&D Ops and MyHR team, ensuring clear SLA’s and KPI’s align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided.
  • Promoting a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration, continuous improvement. Ownership mindset and creating an excellent employee experience
  • Understand learning requirements from the Stakeholders and Create Sessions
  • Coach, provide feedback, and recognize team members within the team
  • Ability to build rapport with Stakeholders and vendors.
  • Must manage End to end operations, Proficiency in Transforming and setting the process.
  • Complete periodic reporting & analytics activities.
  • Invoicing Process Knowledge And Expense management.
  • Complete periodic reporting & analytical activities.
  • Must know Learning admin tasks – generating registration link, session setup, event set up, promotional emails
  • Create/design curricula as agreed with the business.

Profile required

Educational qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree

Experience:10 to 12 yeasrs of Experience
