Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, sharp business acumen.
- Accountability for day to day performance of the L&D Ops and MyHR team, ensuring clear SLA’s and KPI’s align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided.
- Promoting a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration, continuous improvement. Ownership mindset and creating an excellent employee experience
- Understand learning requirements from the Stakeholders and Create Sessions
- Coach, provide feedback, and recognize team members within the team
- Ability to build rapport with Stakeholders and vendors.
- Must manage End to end operations, Proficiency in Transforming and setting the process.
- Complete periodic reporting & analytics activities.
- Invoicing Process Knowledge And Expense management.
- Complete periodic reporting & analytical activities.
- Must know Learning admin tasks – generating registration link, session setup, event set up, promotional emails
- Create/design curricula as agreed with the business.
Profile required
Educational qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree
Experience:10 to 12 yeasrs of Experience
