Responsibilities:

- Point of contact for customers to reach out to for any order related queries

- Oversee daily order despatches and coordination with warehouse and logistics partners

- Returns and exchanges management

- Inventory management in coordination with the category managers
Being a startup, you may also need to contribute to other areas of the venture as and when needed.
Experience – 2-3 years +

Experience in a fashion business and a startup environment would be an advantage.
Location – Our Pune Design Studio (This is not a Work from Home role)
