Job content

* Provide L3 support for team deliverables.* Configuration, allocation, and management of centralized storage systems and other deployed storage solutions* Help develop or engineer new solutions related to data storage and access* Help setup of backup technologies - Commvault, Veeam. Additionally Physical tape library, VTL etc.* Be able to take care of most of P1/P2/P3/P4 tasks and document the RCCA.* Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

Required Candidate profile

* Troubleshooting experience and ability to fulfill Backup L3 support* Good knowledge on multiple Backup Systems. Primarily Commvault. * Experience in Veeam is highly appreciated.* Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of various backup systems* Experience with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting* Experience in Backup Operations management, backup systems, DR* Working knowledge of systems from major backup vendors and cloud services* Working knowledge of technical aspects of backup systems - including but not limited to installation, monitoring, troubleshooting
