1. Should be from a digital agency background.

2. Should have an understanding of Google and Facebook Ads, Data Crunching and Analysis

3. Familiarity in working with any project management software e.g. Click Up, basecamp etc.

Account Manager/ Client Servicing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Client Servicing/Client Relationship Management which includes being the primary point of contact for the company’s clients that are assigned to you and maintaining monthly dashboards, data analyses, reports and being the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Managing the client from acquisition, overlooking project deliverables as per schedule, monitoring project costs and timelines and generating monthly progress reports for clients and internal monitoring.
• Serve as a link between client and the internal team, ensuring proper communication reaches to both.
• Communicating with clients on a regular basis updating them on their respective projects through emails, calls and face to face meetings.
• Assist with challenging client requests and escalating the issues of clients as and when required.
• Ensure project deadlines are clearly defined, Assigned to the respective team and met
• You should be able to prioritize tasks based on dynamic client inputs

Desired candidate profile

• Basic working knowledge of Google and Facebook Ads.
• Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual, people management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to multitask between different client projects
• Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Know how to use Google Analytics and derive reports from it
• Needs to know how to use Google analytics
• You should have worked in an Agency environment
