Job Description

Experience playing BA Requirement analyst role preferably in Telecoms industry with at least one digital transformation project from early predesign phase till first go live will be preferred.
Role requires proven experience working in SAFe Agile methods with MVP based approach.
Understand how to translate client needs and requirements into clear user stories.
You can engage and elicit responses from diverse set of business stakeholders understand and analyse client’s current business processes operational challenges while defining their future roadmap.
Working in a highly collaborative way with diverse stakeholders across Business and IT is a must.
Working closely with Product Managers Product owners to understand EPICs and break them down to capabilities features and grooming user story backlogs.
Story grooming skills and documenting specifications is essential to be successful in this role Experience working with tools like JIRA and confluence is a must.
Experience working with UI UX customer journey sketching visualization tools like Adobe XD Figma is desirable.
