Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ethically Head the Branch Office & lead all Branch staff, advisers, FCs and coordinate with the seniors including HO appropriately.
  • Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Sales Managers, Financial Consultants and Advisers.
  • Help, Assist and Guide the Sales Managers, FCs & Advisers to recruit and train to procure necessary business.
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets through desired relationship management.
  • To motivate SMs/ FCs, advisers with various competitions, contests and R&R initiatives launched by the company.
  • Regular monitoring of performances and conducting regular team meeting & performance review to take necessary corrective measures.
  • Facilitate administrative & operational support to team for smooth functioning.
  • MIS preparation, reporting to Regional Manager and adherence to Audit Compliance as per company norms.
  • Respect & Adhere to the guidelines of the company on all fronts to have appropriate compliances.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years team handling experience of agency channel.
  • Degree or higher.
  • Should have good records of accomplishment.
  • A self-motivated individual, Good Communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
