  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities :A-Managing large AWS landscape with hands on experience on IaaS and PaaS components B-Leads P1-P2 incident resolution C-Review the health of cloud environment and take appropriate actions to avoid business downtime D-Work with Client leadership on contractual deliverablesE-Ability to adapt with new AWS services and drive the team on Cloud First Agenda

    • Technical Experience :
      A-Hands on experience on AWS Cloud administration on services like EC2, ELB, SSM, Cloud formation, B-Good understanding on AWS networking components VPC, Transit gateway, endpoints , R53 etcC-High level knowledge on Infra as a code deployment D-Handling Cloud Monitoring tools such as Cloud Watch

    • Professional Attributes :
      A-Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B-Ability to operate independently and make decisionC-Flexible to work in 24x7 shiftD-Take part in weekend or holiday on call support

    • Educational Qualification :
      Bachelors Degree
