Work Experience – 2 to 5 years in digital marketing projects execution and client servicing

Job Description

Summary: Looking for a candidate from the Digital Marketing background into Client Servicing who can do the following:

Digital Marketing Order Execution:

  • End to End execution of digital marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation and web development (Desirable)
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review delivery of services

    • Client Servicing:

  • Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client
  • Mapping Client organization and team structure
  • Documentation and maintenance of Client archive and interaction history Special Requirements

    • Skill Set Required:

  • Ability to prioritize the work and meet deadlines
  • Works independently and in teams
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment
  • A good eye for details

    • Salary Budget: INR 6.0 to 7.5 LPA Fixed + Company Performance Linked Incentive
