Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any discipline; Masters degree in Business Administration or
• PGDM equivalent branch with First Class or equivalent
• Two years of professional experience after acquiring of Masters degree
• Candidates with relevant industry experience would be given preference

Job Responsibilities:

• Successfully conducting lectures and delivering the module with utmost energy and inter-activeness
• Helping with valuable inputs in developing curricula and delivering course material
• Conducting research, fieldwork, and investigations, and writing up reports
• Reviewing methods and teaching materials and making recommendations for improvement
• Assisting with student recruitment, interviews, and academic counseling sessions
• Contributing to the creation of a classroom environment that promotes growth and equality in students

Skill Set:

• All candidates must demonstrate a passion for teaching
• Strong communication skills
• Technology Savy; basics of excel is a must, knowledge of Learning Management System is a plus
• Adept at delivering content through online and offline mode
• Encourages learning via practical examples, discussions and case studies
• Local language fluency is good to have
