An assistant manager is an inspiring job role who’s responsible for ensuring the productivity and quality of employee performance to achieve the long-term vision of the company and to identify business performance with required upgraded skills and knowledge.


  • Preparing and presenting reports on back-office performance, including metrics such as productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Train and mentor the team to ensure they possess the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively
  • Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing any performance issues or concerns within the team
  • Facilitating effective communication between the back-office team and other departments within the organization
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise in back-office operations, and implementing preventive measures to avoid future problems
  • Extracting and upgrading new techniques and ideas for backend process
  • Analyzing and Approving the onboarding shops
  • Directing the back office with relevant instructions and clearing their queries
  • Monitoring the calls
  • Assisting and checking the administrative task
  • Coordinating and Assisting with Manager in developing organization’s goals and strategies
  • Reporting the absence of employees in backend


  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint and Adept Computer Knowledge
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to turn up with new ideas and to do multi-tasking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Adept skill in Conflict Management
