Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj finserv ltd. To handle the Financial inclusion business in the defined area for rural locations with products of Gold loan, Business loan, FD & insurance

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
  • Duties and Responsibilities -
  • Managing team of 6/7 Managers & multiple distributors.
  • Generate sales business for Gold loan business loan and FD and insurance
  • Collection responsibility
  • Ensure productivity of ASM & SMs through direct and indirect business
  • Local knowledge of the market competition and industry.
  • Managing 6-7 financial inclusion branches
  • Conduct periodic training handhold rural sales team to meet their monthly budgets
  • Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity
  • Consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics. Business Development: Drive the sales and business development efforts of Fixed Deposits. Competitive Assessment:
  • The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.
  • The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective. Team Management:
  • The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase revenue per employee.
  • Business Review & Reporting: The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the Volumes of business targets Plan location wise outdoor sales in rural location & conduct customer campaign for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers. Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team. 4. Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Post-Graduation b) Work Experience
  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in D2C Sales & managing sales team of 10 resource.
  • High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter & must be willing to travel 15 days in a month.
  • Experience in BFSI preferred, Pvt branch banking / NBFC deposit mobilization experience will be an added advantage
  • Must have good communication skill (English and local language a must)
