Summary Job Description: The candidate should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in the areas of HR, ER and Admin. Should have good liaison and communication skills and be capable to handle all the employee life cycle activities, Industrial Relations, Admin and CSR activities viz. Leave Management and Payroll, Employee Insurance matters, Social Security Legislations, statutory compliances, etc. Should have good communication and liaison skills with local authorities/leaders and Govt. officials and have fair knowledge in safety and systems.

a) HR Policies / Programmes / Systems : Ensure implementation of Human Resources and Administration Policies, programmed. Initiate & institutionalize all HR systems.

b) Wages administration: Coordinate activities for preparation of wages of workmen. Ensure compliance to PF and ESI etc.

c) Industrial Relations and Welfare: Implement decisions of Management pertaining to discipline and welfare of workmen and maintain harmonious relations with workmen for smooth plant operation.

d) Statutory compliance: Coordinate & monitor all the activities required for fulfilment of statutory requirements.

e) Security & Administration / Unit & Corporate Initiatives / CSR: Ensure proper Security and Administrative activities at plant.

f) People Management

g) Working Environment & safety: Ensure continuous improvements in working practices to achieve dust free environment and safe working.
