Manage instock & DOH (Days of inventory on hand) for Television, Refrigerators, Washing Machine, small home appliance, Electronics, Home categories, Furniture & Grocery.

Handle almost 80 suppliers & 1K SKUs which includes import & domestic supplies.

Monitoring Demand plan to purchase order process (S&OP) & ensure POs release to suppliers as per lead time.

Coordinate with suppliers for production & dispatch planning.

Align international & domestic logistics team for dispatches & delivery of materials.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to book slots for current month inwarding and secure inbound & warehouse space for next month supplies to meet aligned demand plan within DOH guardrail.

Monitoring on time payment release to suppliers to avoid production issues.
