This vacancy is with our client (client of Pharma Jobs India), a 20+ year old, Delhi headquartered Public listed medical devices manufacturing company having 8 manufacturing plants in 4 countries including India. This company is one of the top exporters of medical devices from India.

Job Locations:

1.HUBLI / MANGALORE (to cover North Karnataka)

2.CHENNAI (to cover Chennai & Pondicherry)


4)Hyderabad- 2 vacancies ( to cover Whole of Andhra & the other Telengana & part of Andhra)

Product portfolio in Renal Dialyzer, Blood Tubing set, Fistula Needles, Haemodialysis Catheters, Dialysis Machine


This position will report to the Regional Business Manager

Incumbent will be responsible for driving sales of Renal Care product range in assigned state.

  • Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer
  • Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions
    to achieve targets.
  • Work closely with Key Account team & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build
    the company’s customer pool.
  • Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and
    category share for assigned customers.
  • To build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and
    liquidation of products.
  • Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key account.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in Pharma or Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, CRM, Business Management from any B-School having 4-8 years in Medical devices Industry preferably in Nephrology / Renal care product sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to handle price negotiation and discussion.
  • Should be good at building relationships with internal and external customers (Dialysis Centers / Doctors/ KOLS/ Paramedical staff / Purchase / Distributors/ Dealers / Peers and Superiors).

Must be resident of Hubli / Chennai / Coimbatore / Hyderabad ( if residents of places near to these 4 cities, they should be ready to relocate to these cities)
