Office Administrative work

1. Issuance of PO of outsource vendors, other vendors, Akrosh, Training.

2. Processing and verifying invoices related to admin department.

3. Domestic Travel tickets.

4. Travel Insurance Policies.

5. Visa Process for cadre.

6. Keeping details for AMC Contracts.

7. Maintain Insurance master for various company’s policy.

8. Office maintenance and required repairing and service.

9. Informing monthly expenditures to outside country offices

10. Maintaining of Documents and all Agreement of vendors

11. Managing Mobile & Internet Bills for issuance and payments

12. Mobile Deduction sheet for salary

13. Hotel accommodation and its invoice verification

14. Printing of Visiting Card, Letter head, Envelopes as per requirement

15. Arranging Conference for meetings

16. Credit card payment processes & reimbursements of CEO

17. Arranging various Policies associated with CEO

18. Maintaining of Documents given to you by CEO
